It did take a while to get the product delivered but that may not have been your fault completely. My problem was not being able to reach anyone immediately by phone. I called three times and could not get anyone on phone. I did send email but it took awhile to get a response. I also tried to track it online but but all the response said is they can only view the order internally and that had no response from the florist. The problem being it was getting late in the day and it was friday. The flowers were going to a business. They were delivered 15 minutes before they closed and they were beautiful. For that I thank you!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
