Arrived quickly and as promised..
I was not the recipient but she seemed pleased with the flowers. Since I can't see them, I have to take her word for it. I'm happy that they got there on time.
Original order was suppose to be delivered yesterday before noon and was not I paid extra for that service and was done. I had to call over and over to figure what was going on with my delivery. Was very unhappy. They finally got delivered today

Ordering was easy. The picture of what Pat received was far different fr the pink and white flowers I ordered. There were only 4 roses and the other flowers were scarce, and the now was dislodge rent. I paid $58 overall and do not think they looked like I did!
I worked with flowers for over 30 years. The bouquet in the picture has twice as many flowers in it and there were no roses in the Clear Blue Skies Bouquet. Although the flower arrangement was very nice it was not full as illustrated nor was it valued as priced.

Flowers were a day late but they upgraded my order and sent an apology letter. My step mother said, they were beautiful.

You have unique floral arrangements and the site is well organized. -- That was my first response upon my initial ordering. However, I've down-graded the number of stars given to you and here's why: I placed the order on a Wednesday for a Friday before noon delivery and paid an extra amount for the expedited service. On Friday, around 12:30, I received a call and was unable to take it, so it went to voice mail. I returned the call and was on hold an extremely long time before a very tired-sounding person, semi-annoyed person answered and looked up my order. She told me you could not do the arrangement as pictured on the website and that you needed to substitute another type of flower. Of course I was, at that point it was important that I just received the order that day (it was for a wristlet corsage for my son's cotillion date). The problem is, while I appreciate you asking, you asked AFTER the delivery was supposed to have happened, which meant you hadn't even started on the order until AFTER it was promised to be delivered. Refunding the $4.99 expedited service fee was a nice after thought, but really, that's just bad business. Also, I told you on the phone that the important thing was that the primary color was red -- it wound up being mostly green. And finally, the part that made it a wristlet was made from cheap velcro that scratched the girl's wrist. Really, poor quality overall.
I'm VERY pleased with the service and the flowers were just beautiful! My aunt lived them.

This was a very positive experience! My daughter in law received her flowers in a timely manner and the new baby flowers, balloons, and card were professionally done. I will definitely use this company in the future!

I was expecting a little more for the price
Arrangement was less than half the size of the other funeral sprays on display as well as being a little on the sparse side
I expected it to look more like the image on the site but maybe since I upgraded it was changed a bit. It was great to have the flowers delivered shortly after ordering though. Recipient was very pleased.

I don't like the fact that it told me that u had to have an amount of at least 38.00 to send them, then when I get to the end, my total comes to almost 60.00! Ridiculous. It wouldn't allow me to just purchase the cheapest one and get to the placement when it would be over my limit but instead it makes me spend double! Not ordering from here again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
