My mother loved the arrangement. It wasn't what I ordered but she loved it and she would have told me if she didn't. I ordered roses -- this was an arrangement which was really nice, she said, with just a few baby pink roses. I'm glad she was happy but I'm disappointed to know that what I selected was not even close to what was delivered. Luckily she was happy but that makes me upset to know that I ordered something and something else was delivered.
I sent the flowers to my daughter and she sent me a picture of them, I was unhappy because it wasn't what I ordered. She of course loves the arrangement and said they were very nice. I'm just disappointed because they were supposed to be pink and blue to say congratulations on her pregnancy.

I paid extra for the guaranteed delivery by noon and it was not delivered on time. It took forever to get a hold of customer service but once I did they were helpful. My mom loved the flowers

Quick and appear good so far
I ordered because I had a credit. We frequently get flowers for when we entertain, etc. I was hoping this would be a viable alternative to some of the other sites we've used but the 14.99 discount fee, totally negated my code, so that was way too high. I can buy from other sites for little to no additional fees. Or even go somewhere local. I like the convenience of shopping online but that seems pretty steep.
Let me also say the flowers I ordered were not even close to what I got. Pretty terrible overall. So glad they weren't a gift for someone!
A little confusion when I wanted to send flowers to a funeral home and not a person. There was no place to do this the site requires a persons name and that is not possible all the time.
The stepping stone shown in the arrangement was not the one that was used. I understood that the buds and flowers may be different due to availability but the stepping stone was a surprise. So really this was not what I ordered but something thrown together that was close. Since the arrangement was cj\hosen for the verse on the stepping stone this was a disappointment.
Only complaint is that it arrived later in the day than anticipated.
