I put down the wrong address and the young man who delivered the flowers was asking neighbors if they knew which house it was. It was so nice of him to try to find the correct address even though I put down the wrong address. He went above and beyond.

I was surprised to see the shipping charge, but I used the code to get free shipping. This was my first time ordering flowers so I just assumed shipping costs were included with the price of flowers. Overall I really enjoyed your site and I am excited for my sister to receive her surprise!

I am very mad. I ordered a custome vase with a picture on it. What I received was a plane vase with a stupid printout paper of my picture to tape around the vase. The flowers are not pretty like the picture. Very disappointed!

The only good things about this experience were the website worked well and everyone I spoke to customer service were nice. I paid to have same day delivery and it didn't arrive. I expected it first thing in the morning and it didn't arrive. I called at 11:30 and they made sure it arrived on the next delivery truck. After all this the flower arrangement we got do not look like what I ordered online even though I selected "deluxe" which specifically says that it will look like the online picture. Wrong vase and only 6 roses. This is the second time in a row this company has let me down and I have zero plan to ever shop with them again.

I loved the different options you had online. I only had a problem with the time of delivery. I paid a fee to have them delivered before 12pm because the person I was sending them to got off work at 2:30pm. I called and on the voice recorder it said I can track my delivery online which I checked and it said they didn't have a status on when it would be delivered so I sent an email and never received a response. After 1hour and 30 min of waiting I called and the lady told me the flowers would be delivered soon and I expressed to her the person who I wanted them delivered to gets off work at 2:30 and she said hopefully they make it on time. I expressed to her that it's not fair that I paid a fee to get them delivered before a certain time. Finally they got there at exactly 2:30 and thankfully she received them before leaving but I wanted her to enjoy them from the beginning of her shift. I was satisfied with how they looked but I was very unhappy on the delivery time.

I never get to see flowers I order for people this time I did and I was actually EMBARASSED. I spent good money on these flowers and boy they were dumpy! They are sending another arrangement for "the full value", I won't get to see these this time but I'm sure my sons pedi is going to think I'm crazy for recovering two bouquets... Just save yourself the hasle go with another company!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
