Stating the Shipping Charge at the beginning or at least in Review would alleviate the surprise in Total Cost. Same for the Tax. Also, a pop up window at the beginning stated I would receive an additional 20% discount for providing my email address. I never received that discount.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on a specific date, and they got delivered a whole week early. Too early, ruined the birthday surprise

I recieved photos of each of the bouquets I ordered from the recipients. Neither looks as full as those shown on the web site. The web showed roses & alstromeria & she received daisies & roses. Florists seem to take a lot of liberties on their choices for the bouquets.

You have good collection. But the prices are too high even after some discounts.on top of that, the shipping taxes and sales taxes are just the price of the order. So end up paying double the price listed for the product which makes so much disappointed. I loved the site and collection, though its at higher prices, i have ordered it twice.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
