The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. My daughter loved them and said they smell wonderful and look beautiful.
I ordered a premium bouquet that was a guaranteed same day delivery. However, it was Tuesday and I did not need it until Wednesday so I paid extra to make sure it would be here by noon on the following day. It never even arrived. I tried calling several times and their customer service says they cannot give you an update when you call in so beat to email. So I emailed. 3 times. Why? Because again "Guarenteed response within one hour" and I did not hear from them until my 3rd email? 11 hours later. Add insult to injury, it was an automated generic response. I thought this was going to be a company I could use again and again especially because their prices are amazing and their supposed Guarenteed delivery time what I was really looking for. So didn't happen. I wouldn't ever shop here again nor suggest you to. It's such a hit and miss.
The flowers were dead less then 4 days after they were delivered I can go to a grocery store and have flowers last longer
The basket was not exactly as advertised, however the recipient was happy with what she received.
The arrangement was a bit smaller than I had anticipated for the price. Also, there were no sunflowers as pictured. The sunflowers were substited with yellow daisies.
Easy to use website, and flowers came on time and in very good condition. However, I feel the value was not there. I chose the Florist's Choice bouquet, expecting good freshness and value. $55 for carnations, daisies and mums? Even with $15 handling, which is fine, those flowers were not equal at all to a $40 or even a $30 value. It is not likely I'll use you again.
