I was very disappointed in the flowers that my daughter received. I sent them to her for her 18th Birthday while on a school trip. The flowers do not look like the picture other than the yellow roses. Not at all what I expected.
The 'Same Day' upcharge wasn't worth it as the flowers arrived on a business day after 5:00pm. The 'estimate' provided when I ordered around 9:30am was 2.5 hours to delivery, meaning Noon. I didn't need the delivery to be that specific (as it was an estimate), but past close of normal business hours defeated the purpose of my choosing 'Same Day' service.
The flowers were excellent - couldn't have been better.
There was a small blue pen/scuff type mark on the front of a white ceramic sympathy vase (it has a front because there is a religious cross on one side of the square vase).
Lastly, I felt like the driver was stalling for a tip - which he would have received had the intended recipient received her flowers before she left the office for the day. She did not.
The order was received within hours of being ordered which was great!
Great experience... The local delivery guy was so amazingly nice, professional, and he even sang happy birthday to my mom when he delivered the flowers- something he wasn't even asked to do! Thanks for going above and beyond to make my moms day that much more special with a fresh, beautiful arrangement just like the picture and a great delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
