A little pricey but when you've almost missed an important birthday - the speed of delivery is worth the cost. The flowers were very fresh as I went with Florists choice bouquet but I had hoped to find a spot to put a note to the end florist -- something like Pink is her favorite color -- no such opportunity presented itself.

Wow! Ordered a best spring garden basket with same day delivery for a birthday. Plants are nice size, all are blooming, really lovely. Added a balloon and chocolates and the card arrived hand written. Beautiful! I am very impressed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
