Since I live out of state I wish that I could make some suggestions of the selected flowers; but I will trust the florist's judgement. My mother's favorite color is purple so hopefully that will be included! Thank you.

I had to enter my payment information from PayPal dedit card two times. Both times it said, "couldn't be processed, use different card". I knew better than that. I finally had to log into my paypal account and pay for it that way. Then, you cannot track your flowers. Says you can on the site, has a tracking button and account #, but when you try, you get the same response over & over: There has not been confirmation from the florist of your delivery. You then have to email them. Says they respond within 1 hour, wrong! They never responded until they were delivered. You cannot request a timeframe for your delivery either unless you pay an additional charge for delivery before 12pm. Nothing for times past 12pm. And honestly, I was okay with all that. But when my daugbhter received her flowers, THEY WERE THE WRONG COLOR! I ordered purple, got pink. Not one purple flower in the the entire bouquet. That is unacceptable and that is why I will never order from here again. Your loss. We order flowers 2-3 a month in our city of Knoxville. Tried your site out for a Kingsport delivery. If it had went well we would have switched all our business. But it didn't. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with fromyouflowers.com!

I felt that they arrangement was thrown together quickly and not much attention given to it. I expected more for that price. Also the 14.99 fee on top of things was a little much for a handling fee.
