I had a coupon code "JOY" for $15 off then got an email offering me free shipping after i had an order left in my cart already having the joy code used. Why offer me a coupon in addition if i cant use both? I contacted customer service and was called ms bean. My last name is kardoulias.I felt disrespected as a customer. They wouldnt even honor the free shipping.

It was my moms birthday and i forgot and don't live in the same state so I did the online order. When my mother told me that they arrived I asked her to send me a pix. I was so pleased to see that the rose arrangement looked exactly like the picture shown on the website. I have ordered from 800 flowers before and I was not pleased with my order because it almost looked nothing like what they advertised. Thank you Fromyou flowers I'll be back again.
Ordered for same day delivery. The flowers weren't delivered and I wasn't even notified. I called customer service who promised 30% off and a free upgrade. (The next day) flowers delivered not as pictured and absolutely not upgraded. I've ordered several times through this company but I will not be ordering again.
I was not happy with this experience for a number of reason. 1 I paid extra for them to be delivered in 4 hours. I placed the order at 10:55 and they were not delivered until 4:25...that isn't 4 hours. 2 the sunflowers in the arrangement were in pretty bad shape when delivered. 3 "cute" was not the normal response you get when a woman gets flowers for her birthday especially when some paid over $60.00 for them. Very dissatisfied!
I was very disappointed with my service. I asked for the guaranteed before noon service. It arrived sometime around 12:30. Although when I called to check at 1:00 they couldn't get in touch with the florist. They let me know that they would reach out to me as soon as they heard back. I waited until 2:30, and called back to check the status since the website said they still hadn't received confirmation. The second person was able to confirm that the delivery was made around 12:30, and being that my mom leaves at 4 each day it was very important that she received them earlier in the day. I was actually ok until I received a picture from her thanking me for the flowers. They look absolutely nothing like what I ordered from the site. It doesn't look like a deluxe version or have any of the same flowers or colors. This was way too much hassle and disappointment. I will be using a different option next time.
