It was quick and easy. I saw the flowers at the funeral home and they were not what I expected. There were many flowers that were wilted. Honestly, the flowers looked like they were days old. I was embarrassed by the way the looked.

Haven't received the order yet so I can't verify. However, products are decently prized and it was easy to navigate the page.
I did receive my order that day though well after 12, which I paid extra money for. I used the customer support line 4 times and it was never answered nor did I get an email response even though the site said I should.
The flowers I got were pretty though and looked like the picture so kudos there.
One large disappointment was that when I tried ordering a cheaper flower they said they couldn't do that. I had to order at least $40 minimum for the area I wanted. The flowers looked great, but at that price, they better!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
