I ordered yesterday with same day and paid for 4 hour guarantee. Flowers weren't delivered until today more than 24 after I placed the order. Customer service said they are refunding the 4 hour guarantee fee but I wanted same day service.
The ordering process was quick and easy. However, when I ordered I chose the "premium" selection...the best package available. When I saw what was delivered to my wife it did not look ANYTHING like what was shown in the picture...less flowers...well, less EVERYTHING (and the picture was of a lesser package!) Either this is sad attempt to scam people or they are just that bad. Buyer beware.
