I paid to have the flowers delivered on Thursday, 3/24/2016 and they were not delivered until today, 3/25/2016. That did not make me very happy, especially when I paid the extra fee to have them delivered on time.

I am terribly upset with the service. I ordered in the afternoon 12:15 P.M. and received them at night 8:00 P.M. I wanted to present the flowers to a guest of mine who arrived at 6:00 P.M. who was leaving U.S. for their homeland and now they are just decorating y bed room. I sent mail request saying I need the delivery as soon as possible, I expected a reply in an hour as it is given in the web site instead I received the reply in the evening at 6:40 P.M., the time when i was expecting the actual flowers. I sent 3 such request asking for the status, I called up the toll free number twice but no answer.That was such a humiliation for not presenting the farewell gift. I requested for cancellation of order and got a mail saying they cancelled the order but at the same time I got the flowers delivered at home which my neighbor received as I was out for dinner. I do not know whether money would be credited back or not.
But please do inform before hand if you cannot make the order on time. The delivery timings for residence was 6:00 P.M. so I thought I should get my order at the max by that time.
Very much disappointed with the service.
