Fairly easy and good selection
It is easy, shipping is a little pricey...my order was delivered a day late because of the florist not because of a from you flowers' problem, but they did upgrade the order to the next level! My Aunt was most pleased with the flowers and called me within 15 minutes of the delivery...
If my requested update is made to their website, it will be most helpful, and I will probably use the site again.

Easy, great, you never disappoint! These were for Easter Saturday delivery, my Mom was not home at the time of delivery, the delivery team left a number to arrange a good time for delivery and they sent the flowers out on Easter Sunday! Great service

I paid extra for weekend delivery and the flowers were not delivered until 6 pm Monday. They were supposed to be there Sat. By the time they notified me that could not deliver Sat it was late in the day and I had no other option than to accept Mon delivery. They were supposed to include a note explaining that this was their fault and that the flowers were to have been there Sat. No note and a 6pm delivery.Delivery should have been there first thing Mon since it was from Sat. Waited on hold for over 45 mins as well.
As of 5 pm, on delivery day, the recipient had not received her birthday flowers. I called Fromuflowers and spoke with Tyler. He told me since I had ordered the flowers, 6 days before Imwanted them delivered, the order had been turned down by 13 florists! Yet I was not informed. He assured me the flowers would be delivered the following day. So I accepted. By 6:30, that evening they had been delivered. So that was good but I had already asked the recipient if she had gotten anything from me, which totally ruined the surprise factor. I am happy that Fromuflowers did make sure she got the flowers ON her birthday, not the day after. However-- had I not called the company, would they ever have been delivered? Too much drama!

I don't know how the flowers looked because they were delivered to someone else. I hope they were pretty. I had to call to make sure that the expedited shipping i paid for made it there before 12noon and i received delivery confirmation when i called that it was delivered at 10:30am. Thank you very much!
