I ordered. A week ahead of time and paid extra for the deluxe flowers and a guaranteed delivery before noon. The order was delivered 2 hours after the promised time frame. We were not impressed by the deluxe version of the arrangement we received. I did contact customer service and after talking to a supervisor, I was able to get a refund on part of my order for the problems. Unfortunately that doesn't make up for the missed opportunity to brighten up someone's day at a particular time of the morning.
