Sent to daughter, son-in-law for their anniversary. They were so delighted with the arrangement as well as the freshness of the flowers. The flowers really helped make their day special.
The flowers looked great, a good value for the price. The only disappointment was that I paid for expedited service guaranteeing delivery within 4 hours, so the recipient would get the flowers before lunch. They were not delivered before lunch (4 hours after I placed the order), and the recipient said they arrived about 30 minutes after I left. (Which means it was delivered a little over 5 hours after I placed the order.)

The arrangement was nice but the flowers weren't the ones listed in the bouquet I ordered and the delivery was delayed.
Luckily my friend was at work all day so she didn't miss the delivery, and she really liked the surprise.
I contacted the customer service via email for information before the delivery and they have been very kind and helpful.
So far so good... would like to have known my subtotal earlier.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
