I was super excited about placing my order and the element of surprise for a birthday gift delivered to my husband. We received the order in the morning which was great, but the presentation of the gift basket was nothing like they show online! I was so disappointed by the arrangement of treats and the plastic that was just thrown around it. Online it looks so well put together, and the plastic is so cute. The basket my husband received looks like a plastic bin you put under your bathroom sink! Needless to say, I will never order from them again. The money was not worth the poor presentation, and lack of character and charm that was promised!
