My order was originally delivered to the wrong address on Monday, the day I paid for it to be delivered. I had to call and inquiry about the delivery before it was retrieved and delivered to the correct address on Tuesday. I'm not pleased with the partner florist, but am happy with the final product.

Easiest/quickest way to order flowers! How they look will decide if I order again!
Received the flowers - used the "Florist choice" option and maybe that was my mistake. Flowers were fairly wilted by the time they arrived at 4:00pm today (ordered yesterday). They are a fragile commodity so don't travel well. Maybe they will perk up after being watered. I would go with a different option next time to see if that is a better end result.

Great website and really good prices. One criticism of the website would be more pictures of the "regular, deluxe, premium" selections like you see on most of the competitors sites. The flowers my wife received were very pretty and well arranged but I wish they would have added a little bit more. I ordered the premium ones but feel that the arrangement matched more of the deluxe size from the website. That said, my wife loved them and it was a really good experience over all.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
