Quick and easy ordering process. This is the first time using this florist. I picked the Zen Artistry bouquet especially for the purple orchards and bamboo- like equisetum. The picture led me to believe that the bouquet would be presented in a green rectangular dish. Although the actual bouquet was very nice, I was disappointed that the flowers were white, the bamboo was replaced with $#*!willows, and the dish was black.
My arrangement I ordered looked nothing like what my granddaughter received for her birthday. The flowers I ordered were bright and vibrant with the vase planter saying happy birthday. But my granddaughter received pale flowers with a vase planter with flowers on it. I understand you don't get the same flowers as advertised all the time, but I would have liked bright, vibrant colors.
We sent these flowers to our daughter (in-law) after the birth of our granddaughter! We were told they were beautiful! Thank you! I definitely recommend your company.

My order was for a very special person for her birthday- my momma! I had to ruin the surprise of sending them to her because at 6:20pm they had not yet been delivered. They were delivered 1-1/2 hrs past 5:00 pm which was the latest they were suppose to delivered! I had issues the last time I ordered from u but I gave u another chance and I am NOT happy! My momma turned 69 today, I don't know how many birthdays she has left so I want to shower her with flowers as much as I can. You guys really let me down!
Quick and easy with beautiful choices but the actual delivery was late and didn't look quite like the picture. The arrangement was smaller than expected. Overall I would use this company again for a second try.
Easy as 1,2,3 to order. My Mom is in a rehab and has a long road ahead of her. The flowers brightened her day.
Only down side is they add on a lot of extra fees.
