Site easy to use, just hoping my Aunt will like your product!

Very pleased with the service I received. The recipient was very pleased with their flowers.

I have used FromYouFlowers many times to send flowers to friends and family. The recipients have always been pleased with the floral arrangement that they received. I trust this company.

The service handling fee that appears at the end is very deceiving. Nowhere does it say that there is that surcharge. When I called to find out what that charge was (by the way the exact amount of the discount), I was put on hold for 20 minutes waiting to speak to customer service and I finally hung up.

All was good.

Ordered online. Easy process and the flowers were delivered when I requested them. The recipient gave positive feedback on the arrangement.

Flowers were purchased/sent to my mother - they did not arrive until 6:00 pm, and were left on her step as she was not home.

I had to pay extra to have the flowers delivered on the day of the service, then I was informed the flowers were delivered a day before. I was not given a follow up reply. In the email to stated for flowers fresh why it was delivered a day before. Why? And I paid extra.

Arrangement wasn't nearly what picture showed. I ordered middle upgrade. Not many blooms. Colors were not the same, which I know can happen during certain seasons. Card was printed with part of word on one line and part on next line. Ever hear of wrap around? There was plenty of room on card to do correctly. Overall not pleased with order.

I paid for the premium flowers but didn't really look like it was much. Arrangement could have been put together better.

Shopping has been a pleasure, you have a very nice web site with many good choices to choose from.

For the flowers look ok not too bad and the vase that I have created is nice. But I really disappointed with the balloon super small it is look not even like a balloon also I paid extra for you to have delivery on time before 10.30 am but your site have been delivered so late. Your site charge too many extra things and it's not for the value I had paid.
