My wife received the flowers for her birthday, but the birthday balloon I paid for was not included in the delivery. Also paid for expedited delivery to be delivered prior to 12 noon, and flowers arrived o/a 3pm.

Although it stated a discounted Premium, that was not what I received. My wife received only 6 roses n 6 carnations and no baby breath. Not a premium selection if you ask me.

Very impressed! I sent my mom in Wyoming flowers for her birthday. They had just had a big snow storm and cold front. Well, the FedEx driver left them inside the door but the package was sticking half way outside the door. My mom didn't realize the flowers were at the doorstep until later and part of the 3-4 mini orchids had wilted and got shocked from the intense cold. My mom called to report what happened nd they sent another arrangement right away, no questions asked and she reported the interaction was easy and they were polite. Nicely done.

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM

I bought two dozen long stem roses from them for almost 80USD and when they were delivered the roses were short stem & looked like what you eould pick up from the side street shop!. When I called and expressed my dissatisfaction they were quick to blame my recepitant saying that she is the one that arranged the flowers. Even after i fought to get a refund they only provided me with less then 50% refund that they had promised. They don't care about customer satisfaction and are wuick to take your money!

I have ordered before and received flowers from Coastal Florist in Shallotte NC. This time they came from Shallotte florist in Shallotte NC. Shallotte florist has a much better overall quality. I have seen several arrangements from both florists and Shallotte florist always has better quality.
