Update: Flowers were delivered after 12: noon, and to the wrong address, lucky that her neighbor brought the flowers by. The arrangement was wonderful and served it's purpose, causing a glowing smile.
I ordered a arrangement with Sunflowers in them and there were not any Sunflowers and I also paid extra for a balloon and there was not a balloon delivered with the flowers
