Decent flowers for the price. Definitely not the same size bouquet as the picture shows but it was okay.

I ordered flowers for a friend and coworker of mine and paid the expedited fee on top of the already high delivery/handling fee and as a single mother of two I do not have a lot of extra money lying around. I just wanted to do something nice for my friend. All day long I patiently waited for them to be delivered and still nothing. I contacted customer service and they mentioned the delivery driver was in an accident and although she was late with the delivery, the flowers were on their way, and I would be refunded my expedited fee. Customer service was very kind to me. I was just disappointed that this is only the second time I've ordered from this company and already ran into an issue of my flowers possibly not being delivered on time.

It is misleading to take a customer through the entire ordering process and only disclose the "service/handling" fee at final checkout. This significantly impacts the price of your product/service.

Order tracking could be a little better
I am not satisfied with the customized vase as it was inaccurately described online. It is chintzy, merely a waterproof photo that slides into the vase. The roses were fresh, visually appealing and smelled great. That vase however was generic and definately not how it appeared in the picture on the website. I could have customized an 8x10, lamenated myself and slipped it into a clear vase a lot cheaper than I paid for your product. I was embarrassed to see the final product.

I like the special deals. But the flowers shown on-line NO-WAY looked like those that were delivered. And the notification of delivery was terrible. In this day an age you would think that the delivery person would just text back to their flower shop that such and such an address was just delivered! Then it should be sent out by the flower shop could give the customer a REAL time delivery, rather than notifying all their customers late evening that their flowers were delivered. By that time we know to pick them up from the front steps.

We paid extra as they have on there order sheet to have it delivered before noon for an extra charge of around $4.99 however they were not delivered until around 4:oopmWhats the point of asking if we want to have it delivered early for an extra fee take the fee and not deliver it? Till 4 hours later...?
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
