I usually use Proflowes to send the many flower arrangements I send every year, but I decided to use your service to send my daughter flowers on her birthday. I regret my decision. The flower arrangement looked nothing like the photo on your website. Not the flowers nor the color of the flowers...NOTHING!I The flowers looked so cheap and not fresh...no elegance I don't expect the flowers to be exactly like the one on the website, but I expect some similarity. What a disappointment! I will not use your service again. Because I have lost trust in your product. I am retired so I have lots of time to share my experience by emails to friends, family members or anyone who will listen.
