I was looking for a new online floral spot after a couple of poor purchases from a more well-known site. From you flowers.com had a great selection to choose from so I ordered a new baby arrangement. The flowers were fresh when the arrived and still looked good after six days! My daughter in law loves the planter- the little chick ceramic pot was a darling change from the usual new baby displays. I'll be ordering from here again very soon!

I am very upset with my order. I paid for delivery before 12:00noon, and it did not come until 4:00pm. The flowers were smaller in size than the photo in the site showed, and overall the price I paid was more expensive for a smaller bunch of flowers I could have gotten at my local flower shop. I will be contacting your company directly to get a refund for the delivery charge, because it was guaranteed before noon, and was not delivered until 4:00pm.
Not sure. It was easy enough to place order but I will have to wait and see if they are what I wanted when they are delivered. Holding back on recommendations until I see how it all comes together. Final presentation of flowers much smaller than advertised. I have had better for this price range.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
