When I wrote to express my disappointment with both the service and the product, the reply was disingenuous and not customer friendly.
My complaint:
1. Service - I placed my order on March 15 for delivery the next day, March 16, our daughter's 40th birthday. The flowers did not appear until March 17, which is hardly the next day delivery offered on your website.

2. The "bouquet" hardly resembled an arranged bouquet. Although the flowers were of acceptable quality, the stems of iris and tulips were just stuffed into a vase. The stems were way too long with the flowers an ungainly, unstable height. See attached photo. I paid extra for the vase. If the flowers were only to be stuffed into it, my daughter could have done that easily in her vase.

I requested refund of the extra charges for the vase ($6.99) and service and handling ($14.99) to rectify the purchase of a superfluous vase and poor service.

It is now obvious to me that their website is quite misleading and does not deliver what is promised. If they are selling unarranged cut flowers, the site should make that clear and not imply and mislead that arranged bouquets will be delivered. I never would have ordered a vase, if it had been made clear that I was ordering unarranged cut flowers and feel ripped off. I agree with the negative reviews and will add mine to the existing ones.

I am greatly disappointed after trying this service and, henceforth, will take my business elsewhere.

Since I don't have a great deal of money to spend I doubt I would send flowers again. I spent over $50, including delivery fee, for a tiny arrangement that also had a few wilted flowers.

I had the gift basket sent to my granddaughter and they really liked the product but I requested delivery on Friday and it wasn't delivered until Saturday. Not a big deal but usually my orders are delivered on the day I requested.
