It was great being able to purchase a huge arrangement of assorted cookies for my husband's birthday at 7:45 PM on Wednesday night and having it delivered by 10 AM on Thursday morning! I didn't get to see the arrangement myself but I heard the entire office loved it (I got the largest assortment so he could share with everyone). I thought the price was really good for the speed of service.

Update: I saw the flower arrangement I ordered for my friend and it was supposed to be the Deluxe version. All I can say is I hate to see what the Regular version is since what I saw was more like the Regular version as differentiated on the website.
It was quite easy to buy flowers, the price in the end was higher than expected but the arrangement was very pretty, not exactly what it looked in the picture but the person who got the flowers was very happy.
Called customer service to double check a question and got it answered quickly.
So easy, and able to deliver the next day. Just what I needed!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
