Your website was really easy and had a good selection of items I needed and prices were fair. My low ratings where do to the delivery not done on day I specified and delivered earlier. Normally that would have been okay but it ruined the surprise since I had other deliveries set for the day I chose on my order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
