The website was a 5. The delivery was a 5. The product was a3. The roses all had brown spots on the tips of the leaves, they were not fresh! If I went into the store and saw these, I would not purchase them unless they were discounted because they were turning brown. Such a shame since this was a birthday gift for my fiancé.

The flowers were not delivered on the requested day and sadly did not really resemble the photo advertised on your website apart from the pink carnations.
That said, the recipient was still extremely pleased as these had been a complete surprise for her on her special birthday and she still liked them.

The flowers were beautiful. The recipient posted a picture on social media. She said the nurses at the hospital all commented on how nice they were.
I got charged and paid for same day delivery...then another screen popped up and said I needed to pay a second surcharge for same day delivery...when I said no it said the flowers would be delivered tomorrow yet my receipt said I paid for same day...very confusing or ambiguous at best

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
