Had trouble using the website. Got kicked out whle trying to use pay with Amazon. System would not let me back in to pay with Amazon, so had to divert to PayPal. Order process got frustrating.
Flowers were to arrive by noon. Had to call about delivery. They arrived at 1:45 pm. Don't pay for the expedited service. They don't deliver as promised

Very happy with my flowers I ordered. Beautiful bouquet and best price online I could find. Can't beat that!
I placed my order fairly late the day before I wanted it to arrive, so I decided to pay the fee to expedite. I was concerned that the arrangement would not arrive until late (even with choosing to expedite). I was pleasantly surprised that the arrangement did arrive at approximately noon then next day. The recipient was very surprised and loved the arrangement.
My sister sent me a picture of her flowers on facebook after she received them. Although they were nice, they weren't as nice as the picture I clicked on for the payment I made. She was extremely happy with them which was the focal point making her happy, however, I will most likely refrain from using this site again because even after receiving a discounted price of $8.00, after delivery and taxes tacked on it was in excess of $56.00 for something that I did not order as the arrangement was quite scarce in flowers compared to what I thought I ordered and for what was pictured on the $39.99 tab discounted to $31.99 - so it seems to appear that the discount meant less flowers as well.

But the bouquet had almost nothing in common with the one in the pics. I'd say the bouquet was disproportionate and had some unexpected colours.
Anyway flowers were fresh, and recipients were grateful.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
