Not a great experience. Ordered same day flowers on a Friday, only to receive a call that there was not a florist in Charleston, South Carolina that could fill the order. Really? They said they could deliver on Saturday. Fine. Received another call Saturday morning saying they could not fill the order. They finally delivered on Monday, the day AFTER my daughter's birthday. They should not advertise "same day delivery" if they can not adhere to that claim. When my daughter finally received her flowers, they were very pretty, but too much hassle.
Everything is reasonably priced. This is our second order. The last time we had free shipping.
The flowers were delivered to my uncles funeral service in another state. My family there confirmed the flowers arrived and they were just as the image I ordered. Thank you.

I saw the flowers at the visitation and they were beautiful, just smaller than I thought they would be for the price. However, I ordered them yesterday, they looked more beautiful than the picture and they had been delivered so... I'm happy.

The flowers received were far from what they appeared to be in the website! I upgraded the arrangement and still it was not as nice as the online picture. I would say they were just ok.
I had flowers delivered to my Granny Grunt (Wanda Shirey) at her nursing home in Rockwall today- and I don't know who the delivery guy was, but he was super awesome- My Granny LOVED the flowers so much but couldn't stop gushing over how sweet this delivery guy was. He read the card to her- and cleaned off a place to put the flowers- then turned them around to where she got the best view of the arrangement- definitely went above and beyond- and I just wanted to thank him and let you know what an awesome job he did. :)
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
