The site needs to be more upfront about the total cost of the service. If you advertise something as 'same day' don't let that charge be compounded with the other 'same day' and service charges right before I have to click pay. That seems a bit disingenuous and deceitful.

My delivery was extra late and the flowers the recipient received were nothing like the picture or description i ordered. At least they actually delivered them this time.
Simple and easy to order however the flowers was delivered the day after the due date and was not made up of the same arrangement as listed on the site. Overall dissatisfied with the presentation and delivery speed. Compared to the price I paid I expected better.
Flowers were great, however the "happy birthday" balloon actually said "best wishes." I was very disappointed about this. As well, paid for delivery before 11am, and they arrived closer to 1pm. Flowers themselves were beautiful however.
Great selection, great discount. I like there is an option for same day delivery.
