I could have ordered flowers from a local floral and gotten a better and larger arrangement for the amount of money I paid and I will do that next time. There were a lot more flowers in the picture online than what was delivered.

As long as the quality is very good and delivered on time, I would order again. A recent experience with a competitor was horrible. Mark at the Spinning Wheel was very conscientious and considerate. I would suggest thought that the customer phone be given to the florist in case there is a problem.

I saw a photo of the arrangement and some of the roses and leaves were not fresh-looking...also
The arrangement did not have all the colors shown in the web photo.
I got 2 different error messages upon placing my order and my billing and zip information was correct. Due to this error I had to place my order a week later and I feel like I should've gotten a discount because of my inconvenience when I called the support number.
Paypal account checkout should be at the end - very confusing!Also price was misleading

I had to enter the same data several times. Same day delivery became unavailable. Entertainment weekly rebate is very difficult. It is difficult to perceive what I was paying extra for. I want the rebate regarding the magazine to be less difficult.

My friend received her flowers and just loved them. She said it brightened up her day and they looked so perfect on her desk. We had a snow storm in APril and the flowers arrived the next day and brought a taste of Spring into my friends office.
I initially started an order because I had a 20%off discount, then received an email later offering me to "come back and finish the order for free shipping"; they indeed gave me free shipping but took back the 20% discount! Very deceptive! And when I called about it they said, I'm sorry we can only give one discount...the ONLY reason I ended up placing an order with them is because they had the arrangement I thought my daughter would like...if it is NOT to her liking - I WILL be requesting a refund!
Update 4/6/16: it was NOT the size that the web site specified - very much smaller than expected! Will not recommend this company to friends or anyone else. Very dissatisfied with the whole process and product
It was delivered late in the day and I received an email that made it sound like it was delivered early so I was very worried that it went to wrong address.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
