I was unhappy that the picture of the flowers I ordered had blue flowers in it and I did not get any blue flowers.
The arrangement was very pretty, and included a full-size mylar balloon and the chocolates that were ordered with it. Very satisfied with the end product, although the end price was a little steep.

I like the site, decent experience. I think the delivery fee is outrageous, and deceiving due to the low prices of the flowers. You think you're getting a great deal, and then on the very final screen, the fee is sneakily tacked on. Also, I was disappointed they weren't delivered directly to the recipient, but to the front office of her workplace. This (coupled with a late in the day delivery) caused her to miss the flowers until the next day, which was fruatrating. Overall, I'd give this service a 7 out of 10

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
