Convenient but so pricy with delivery...
I paid extra to insure they arrive broke noon to fit into the birthday plan surprise. They did not arrive in time and put a wrinkle in the days elaborate plans. Folks were upset with me.
However, when I emailed what happened I was promptly and pleasantly refunded the $4.99. Doesn't erase the emotional turmoil, but it was at least something.
Luckily, the flowers were quite beautiful when my elderly mother was returned home at 9pm. They were left on her GA doorstep.

I didn't know they would just come in a box. I didn't think the roses look like the picture at all. You have to be a florist to arrange them like the picture. Not pleased as I thought I would be.
