The arrangement was beautiful. I am thrilled with it. It did not arrive by the noon deadline, but I was quickly reimbursed for the expediting cost and the delivery did arrive soon thereafter on the day promised.
I didn't realize there was a $14.99 shipping charge or I would have ordered local I think. And after the price came up there was no where for me to change the balloons. I would have deleted the plain balloons at $3.00 a piece. So my $39.99 flowers cost me $74.98 That was way over my budget. I hope the boquet is beyond my expectations or I will NOT be using you again.

Flowers looked and smelled great. Was slightly disappointed that the 'Blue Delphinium' where purple so they didnt stand out like they do in the picture against the 'purple monrlte casino' but overall they are great. They were delivered within 4 hours of purchasing without paying extra for the guarantee 4hr delivery. Will buy again for sure. Thank you!

The bouquet delivered wasn't nearly as vibrant or full as pictured online and the color pallette varied from the original. I could've picked a better bouquet myself from the local grocery and hand delivered them for a quarter of the price.

I JUST didn't like the fact THAT the delivery person didn't wait until THE person opened THE door TO hand HER THE flowers BUT LEFT THEM IN THE COLD on HER door STEP and she didn't know IT WAS there until THEY called her and told HER and the neighbor pointed IT OUT!
