Easy to use I was sent a picture of the bouquet and it had much less flowers in it than the one I bought from the picture on the website. It had the same theme of flowers but much more filler greenery and much less flowers.
Everything was beautiful ( but) i ordered happy birthday balloon they did not deliver it with the rest of the balloons I was disappointed.
The flowers arrangements are beautiful and the colour combinations are great. Just wish the shipping and handling was under $10

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
