Easy to use I was sent a picture of the bouquet and it had much less flowers in it than the one I bought from the picture on the website. It had the same theme of flowers but much more filler greenery and much less flowers.
Everything was beautiful ( but) i ordered happy birthday balloon they did not deliver it with the rest of the balloons I was disappointed.
The flowers arrangements are beautiful and the colour combinations are great. Just wish the shipping and handling was under $10

I put my order in early before the cut off time for same day delivery, I paid the delivery fee and it didn't get delivered until the next day. And...I haven't been refunded the fee! Not satisfied!
