Beautiful bouquet and delivered on time.
Everything was great and the floral arrangement was awesome. It brighten up my mom's day as she has been feeling down from the social distancing being in place. Would have loved to have had them delivered sometime during the morning of delivery day. Arrangements were not received until almost 4pm. And my order was placed about 3 weeks prior.
I have been trying to email you but it is returned saying my email is blocked. The product that was received looked NOTHING like what was ordered. The succulents look next thing to dead, the arrangement looks like it was dropped and scooped back up. Very disappointing. I asked for same day delivery and it was never delivered and I was never notified.

Delivery was a day late and the flowers were not even the same bouquet I picked out. The case wasn't blue, the flowers intermittently spread through the flowers were not blue and the balloon was also supposed to be blue. I'm completely dissatisfied with my order. The flowers look cheap, like I bought them from a grocery store! This is the third time they have messed up my flower delivery and order.

It is confusing to receive a discount notice then I was unsure if it were applied. Also, the delivery fees seem quite high and completely negate the discount. That was disappointing. The flowers are beautiful yet the bouquet seemed small for the price.

The flowers came after 5 pm, and 70% of them are closed. It looks like a bunch of green weeds with a couple flowers mixed in. I've ordered from this site multiple times and have never been dissatisfied until now. My moms birthday present and she wasn't happy
