I really wish I had read reviews before using this company. I ordered some flowers for my mom's birthday and paid the same day service fee. The flowers didn't arrive on her birthday and I didn't receive any notification regarding the error, so she was searching everywhere for them. Each time I called the CS team I waited in the queue for 10 min on average and received very poor/non-energetic CSRs to help me. They said they would get flowers out to her the next day and upgraded me to a larger size, along with a $10 credit. THEY DIDN'T ARRIVE AGAIN and AGAIN no notice. I called CS once more and received another apology, $10 credit and 25% refund. I called the next day requesting a full refund and they said they couldn't give me my money back until they spoke to the florist to make sure the flowers didn't already go out. Given my horrible experience and history, the right thing to do (and to ensure they keep a customer) would have been to refund me in full and STILL SEND THE FLOWERS. I forced them to refund me immediately and of course all the rep said was "we're refunding you and we'll make sure your flowers don't go out." In my opinion, they should have sent those flowers anyway -- PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Was ok so far but I chose same day and while I was filling out the info, the time expired and had to start over plus higher total to be delivered early the next day.

The bouquet was pretty but could have been fuller for the price of the product including handling fee and extra charge for early delivery.

The customer should be told how much their order will cost with shipping added, before they have to enter their credit card info. All websites tell you what your total is before you submit your payment.

Very big choice, easy ordering procedure and very professional customer care. The only thing that left me not very happy was the color of flowers. My order was saying pastel mixed flowers and instead we received flower bouquet with bright red and yellow flowers in it (very different from what i ordered and considering it was flower arrangement for funeral it left me disappointed).

Although I paid extra for an early delivery before 12, the flowers were delivered quite late. On top of that there was noone to pick up the phone. Had to send an email asking for more information, and a response said they would look into it.
