Beautiful flowers, fast delivery.
Good discounts pretty flowers but wasnt very happy with the way they were arranged. I ordered the designer choice so didnt see an actual design first but the flowers looked like they were just thrown into a vase and not properly arranged which you expect when you buy a flower arrangement. Overall for the price they were okay but I would have been very disappointed had I paid full price so I really hope that I didnt get a discounted flower arrangement because I was offered a discounted price

First time I used you as I am in the UK and my friend in USA. I was expecting the flowers to be in a pink vase with a pink ribbon as the occasion was for the birth of a girl! She sent me a picture and the flowers were in a clear vase with no ribbon which I was sad about as I loved the effect shown on the website.
Was really pleased with the offer of free shipping after I left the site to look elsewhere. It definitely brought me back. The flowers looked exactly like the photo and my friend loves them!
I paid extra for a morning delivery and it was not delivered until after noon

The flowers were NOT as pictured. I paid for an upgraded arrangement, and yet, the flowers were smaller than the original that was advertised. I won't be using your service again. The only positive was the delivery time, which I considered to be excellent.

Placing the order was very simple, and arrived on topi me, with a a very happy recipient!
I was disappointed the ribbon was different from the one in the picture. The photo showed a raffia ribbon and the vase came with a green ribbon.
To expensive for the flowers, and should have better chocolate selection

I did not expect $ 15.00 extra charge. I completed the order because I am pressing for time.
Delivery was supposed to be by 5pm CST, delivery occurred at 5:46pm. So glad that I didn't pay extra for early morning delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
