I ordered condolence flowers from From You Flowers for 3 people in last 2 months. I have ordered from them before and always rec'd compliments on their floral arrangements.
However, all of a sudden I began to receive subscriptions from People Magazine that I did not order. After several phone calls to People Mag Customer Svc they told me to call Value Mag *******619 who would tell me who placed my name on this subscription. Value Mag told me it was FromYouFLowers. I call the flower company who told me it was a promotion to receive free issues and that I would not be charged. It was an automatic subscription because I ordered flowers online. Are you kidding me! I told them I resented them placing my name on an order that I did not want and that it was an invasion of privacy to just send magazine subscriptions to my home. They immediately stopped the subscription and I immediately made the decision not to place a floral order again.

The flowers that were delivered were not what was promised. My girlfriend received stems and buds without a single flower yet in bloom, despite being promised a display of bloomed lilies. I had a good experience the first time I used your service but after this last episode I can assure you that I will not be using your service in the future and will not recommend you to any of my friends. I cannot tell you how disappointed I was to learn from my girlfriend that there were no blooms in the flowers that she received. I have NEVER experienced such bad service in the past from a flower delivery service and I have used numerous providers over the years. This was simply TERRIBLE service and I find it hard to believe that someone would have shipped those flowers out thinking that it was okay. The color of the flowers were not consistent with the colors in the picture on the site of what I ordered. It was supposed to be blues, yellows and I think white and mine included orange/peach colored flowers. It was still pretty but not what I preferred. When I saw the picture that my mom sent, I was disappointed. Usually, they turn out good but this time the colors were off. My mother said that a different florist was used this time. I am happy that I was able to put in a same day deliver. I will still use the service.

The arrangement was very nice and delivered ontime. However, I expected a deluxe plant arrangement with some live flowers. The plants were beautifully arranged, but there were no flowers... The reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Daughter thought they were beautiful. I think delivered flowers are a little pricey. Don't think they made it by noon which I paid for but think they arrived shortly after.
The arrangement arrived quickly and looked similar to the photo. It was lovely, but the smallest arrangement at the funeral. I wouldn't recommend paying the higher price, as the increase didn't appear to make a different in the arrangement. I could have done much better for the $83, but appreciated the convenience. Probably won't do again.

Just wish that the flower picture would change when you click on Regular, deluxe or premium so we could see the difference but other then that was very happy easy to use website. I got the regular Open Heart Standing Spray received it today and it was better then I thought, very happy! For sure with no doubt I would order flowers again fromyouflowers.com!

I upgraded to premium and was somewhat disappointed by the amount of flowers in the arrangement. I thought is looked more like the "regular" size than the premium. The premium arrangement looked as though it had a full rounded bouquet of flowers and the one that arrived did not. Other than that it was lovely

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
