I ordered flowers for a funeral. I did not see the flowers myself, but others who did informed that it was a very nice display and the price was very reasonable. I don't know what time flowers were delivered, but they were there on the day I requested. I would use this service again.

I wish I could attach pictures. I ordered 24 longstem roses in a vase. The picture on the website had small white flowers and lots of green leaves filling in the extra space between the flowers. When The flowers arrived, I had the 24 long stemmed roses and the vase alone. It seemed like little care was put into making them look full. The flowers themselves looked okay and the lady was surprised at least. I just expected more.

The flowers were for my mother so I never actually saw them. The delivery service never called ahead or rang her doorbell. She just happened to notice them on the front porch. They had a vase but no water was in it. Box felt warm and a few of the flowers were withered. According to the tracking # they were out of water for 24 hrs! A long time for cut flowers. This was 1st time to order online---not sure I will ever do it again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
