According to what i purchased in the foto not even close to what you guys delivered!i payed to much and very few flowers in the vase not satisfied with what you delivered.you guys need to be alittle more honest in what you sell!
I placed my order just in time for same day delivery. I was talking on the phone with the recipient when the flowers were delivered to her. She was very pleased. She sent me a photo of the arrangement, and it looked as it did on the website. Thank you!
Easy site to use
Everything was easily accessible and quick on the online page. Gorgeous selection of items; however, i did not get what I though i purchased. My order was for the Premium package and they looked more like a regular. The bouquet looked cheap and very ugly since it only contained 2 roses and one lily. Aside from that I selected a specific delivery date and it was delivered a day earlier, ruining the surprise specially since they called her to find out if she was home a day before my selected delivery day.
Would have been nice to know the handling fees much earlier in the process, so I knew what value of flowers I was looking for.
I wish I could have seen all the fees prior to getting all the way to end of the ordering process.

This site was simple and easy to follow. Delivery day was a different story. I paid for expedited shipping to receive the order by noon, and that didn't happen. I also paid for the delux bouquet and if that was delux I would have hated to see standard.
