Easy to follow instructions on the website - as i'm an older person, this was very pleasant. My daughter received her flowers, and loved them. She said they were much prettier than the others she received from some other place and person. I loved that i could get them delivered on the same day - a little costly, but was worth it to see her smiling face.
Handling charge may deter me from ordering again. I can get same or better from local florist for lower cost.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
