I don't think the flowers were delivered as early as claimed, but I'm not positive on that since the business they were delivered to did not let them deliver it to the actual room and may have sat downstairs for awhile before informing the recipient that they had arrived!

I upgraded to the premium (highest level) of flowers and was so disappointed in the actual bouquet. I was embarrassed when I saw what had been delivered, it was so small, and I thought not worth the $60.00 + dollars spent for this arrangement. I will not use your service again.
At the beginning of placing my order, I did everything asked for to receive a 20% discount on my order. It does not appear that this 20% discount was applied to my order.
The same holds true after delivery.

Everything okay.
I paid for deluxe and the flowers that were delivered were mostly filler. There was 2 roses and everything else was filler or unblossomed flowers

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
