The flowers were sent to a hospital to sick elderly lady the arrived in a box with no water. She was not able to put them in the vase. I expected them to be sent looking like the picture I ordered from. If I had of known they would not have been arranged I would not have ordered them. I could have gotten them for half the price and done them myself if I had known I was going have to it any way. Also the fill flowers were wilting and didn't look like the picture. I was very unsatisfied and u set.

Shopping expeerience, however I wanted the flowers delivered today after 6:00PM and there was no place to request this.
The delivery was very late in the day, there was a balloon missing, and the flowers look like the smaller size. I ordered the medium. I am getting a refund for the expedite fee and for the missing balloon. I had to call two times and email two times to get confirmation of the delivery. The flowers look very nice though.
I placed the order for same day delivery (which it told me was available) at 8:20am. At 4pm I received a phone call saying the flowers didn't "make it out" and they were a day late.
I received an email stating the flowers had been delivered. I have to take their word for that as they were sent to Houston and I am in California.
Flowers arrived on time and the recipient was pleased.

The photo on the web page and what was actually sent were two totally different things. I paid for 2 dozen roses and only got one. And the ones delivered to my husband were a disgrace, small and old. The whole thing looks very poor quality and sad. I am so upset because this was a gift i ordered for my husband for his birthday from myself and our son who is in the Army and could not be here for his dads birthday.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
