I appreciate the availability of quick service and delivery. My sister, to whom I sent the flowers, was thrilled and said the boquet was just beautiful, and cheers up her hospital room!
I was dismayed at all of the extra costs. I ordered the flowers on Thursday evening, under an order that said same day delivery. I didn't need them that day, but thought I could get them for Friday. Then it was for Saturday delivery and an added 10.00. I know I could have cancelled, but I liked the look of the flowers.
They were for someone in a different state, so I pretty much only know that they got them this afternoon and that they were multicolored and pretty, They liked them.
Excellent quality and value.
My friend called as soon as she got them and was thrilled.

I ordered flowers to be delivered in Nashville, TN for today, Saturday. I palced the order well before the 3:00 pm advertised cut off time. I recieved a call after 3:00 pm and the rep representative said all of the flower delivery people leave at 1. They did offer to deliver on Monday. I needed the flowers delivered on Saturday, not Monday. DON'T use these people! Save your money and disappointment.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
