I paid for same day delivery. My recipient did not receive same day delivery.
I was called mid day re: balloons I paid for saying florist did not have balloons but my bouquet would have extra flowers added to offset cost of balloons. Then, I received e-mail late in day that no florist could be found for same day delivery.
I called the next morning and agreed to have note of apology added to bouquet for missing birthday.
My recipient received no note of apology.
I'm hoping this experience is better than the last one i had. The last time i ordered the flowers were not the same as pictured and not near the quality or quantity. I'm giving this company one more shot because you do have better prices. This is a very important delivery so i hope it goes well.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
