I was unclear of your prices, I know i chosen the arrangement that stated the cost of $31.99 but at checkout, it said $39.99 and then there was a $14.99 handling charge that was not stated up front, not that I could see. Just disappointed with my experience on your website.

This arrangement was ordered as a Premium arrangement. There were nice roses but it was very sparse with the small white lilies. Too many greens, not enough lilies for a Premium design. And the vase was a cheap clear vase, not the red one shown and ordered. Disappointed, and I would not recommend that you use this local florist as your provider again as they clearly cannot step it up for Premium Services.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
