While attractive the item in my opinion did not measure up to a deluxe item.
Was somewhat surprised when the total cost included extra $15 service charge that was not included in the original price. Would be helpful if that was mad more clear initially. Otherwise very satisfied. Wife says flowers are beautiful and very fresh
I so appreciated these lovely flowers, the arrangement lived up to the picture and expectation. It was for my beloved Aunt of whom due to circumstances at work I was unable to attend the funeral. The family leaves flowers to me as that is the area I like and can n pick for family members and friends that which they like and we get happy good feelings. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. God Bless you have done me proud once again.

The flowers were beautiful but didn't come as described in a pink vase. Instead, they came in a clear vase.

The extra handling fee was a surprise at checkout. Other florists I've used didn't do that, but I wanted to try you, had spent much time on looking and didn't want to give up at the end. It's too expensive. I wasn't happy with the quality or quantity of flowers that came from the florist. After two days, 4 of the 5 roses have completely wilted with no opening of buds. The additional flowers were not worth the price.
